1. Digital Services and Downloads
Little Haven Interiors provides digital services and downloadable resources only. No physical products will be delivered after purchase.
2. Communication
All correspondence regarding your project will take place via email and through my online design portal, as this is a fully virtual service.
3. Design Process & Product Availability
To ensure a smooth design process, it’s important to be prepared to purchase items shortly after receiving your final design package. Product availability, especially with organic and low-toxin brands, can change rapidly, as many items have limited stock or longer lead times. While I make every effort to select widely available pieces, I cannot guarantee that every item will remain in stock indefinitely. Acting promptly ensures that you can secure the key elements of your design without requiring substitutions. If an item goes out of stock after the 5-day post-design delivery window, a resourcing fee of $50 per item will be charged.
4. Revisions
For Signature and Premium e-design packages, you have 5 business days after the initial design delivery to request unlimited revisions. After 5 business days, a $50 fee per item will apply for any additional revisions, as this may require further product sourcing.
5. Paint Color Recommendations
Paint colors are provided as suggestions only. The final appearance can vary depending on factors like lighting, fixed elements in the room, and the paint's light reflectance value. I recommend sampling the suggested paint on all walls and observing the colors at different times of the day to ensure it meets your expectations.
6. Product Availability and Quality
While all items sourced in your design package come from trusted brands and retailers I personally recommend, Little Haven Interiors is not responsible for any issues related to product quality, shipping, delivery, or the transaction process. Product quality, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice. I encourage you to review product descriptions, seller reviews, and policies before making purchases. For larger purchases (e.g., wallpaper, area rugs, paint), ordering samples is recommended to ensure satisfaction prior to purchasing.
7. Responsibility for Purchases
Little Haven Interiors is not responsible for contacting sellers or retailers about any issues that may arise from purchases made through the resources provided. I assume no liability for any damages, losses, or inconveniences resulting from purchases made through my digital downloads or e-design services.
8. Copyright & Usage
All designs provided are for personal use only. Reproduction, distribution, resale, sublicensing, or use in advertising is prohibited. 9. Liability
Neither Little Haven Interiors nor its employees will be held liable for any errors or omissions on this Website or for damages resulting from failure to seek professional advice from local contractors, engineers, or specialists familiar with your space.

Using this Website or accessing its content does not create a professional-client relationship. A formal professional-client relationship is established only when you purchase a service, such as an e-design package, gift certificate, or Ready-Made Room package.
